Ordinal 435 could not be located in the dynamic library core40.dll

Currently I am using NT 4.00.1381 along with PLSQL Developer 5.1.0.656. Whenever I attempt to use this PLSQL Developer I get the above error 2x when I start the program and 2x after I log onto the Oracle database. Essentially my log on fails. Dose anybody have any suggestions.

It seems to me that your Oracle Net installation is corrupted.

If you have multiple Oracle Homes, you can select another through the Oracle Home List preference (Tools > Preferences > Options tab page).

If you do not have multiple Oracle Homes, you should probably perform a fresh Oracle Net installation.
