Ordering question

I was just introduced to this product last week and I have now decided on my birthday present for this year!

I wanted to be clear on the cost though. If I understand it correctly, a one user lic. gets me one copy and no bug fixes. Is that correct?

Not really. If you purchase a PL/SQL Developer 5.1 license, you will be entitled to bug fixes (5.1.x).

If you additionally purchase an annual service contract, you will additionally be entitled to upgrades (6.0 and later) and to technical support for the period of 1 year.
