what is the difference between Oracle Monitor light and Oracle Monitor Pro?

Which kind of Licences is required?

The Pro version displays network and server statistics (network roundtrips, network bytes sent/received, CPU time, physical I/O, logical I/O, table scans, index scans, records fetched, ...) for each activity. If the activity is a select, insert, update or delete statement, you can also view the query execution plan, and modify the SQL to see the effects this has.

The Pro version can be ordered for any Direct Oracle Access 3.4 version, and costs $50 per license.
