Oracle Monitor Initialisation Error

hi,

I'm using DOA on windows 7. Version 4.1.2.0.
and CBuilder 2010

For this I also using OraMonitor 2.0.0.103.

When I open the OraMonitor I have no connection problems to my Build Programm.

Only if I using the Query Plan I get the following error:

Initialization error
SQL* Net not properly installed

OracleHomeKey:SOFTWARE\ORACLE
OracleHomeDir:

I also used in PL/SQL the setting to give him a particular session.
But this was also not helping.

What can this be, and what is the solution

Can you update to Oracle Monitor 2.1.1 and try again?
