Oracle exception error Dialog window dissapeared

Hi,
In Test window when i run a program and when i get an Oracle exception error I used to get a Popup window. Since recently no more popups but error message displays in status bar instead. It has a Pin Sign next to it and when click it shows the popup.

How can I get this Popup to appear by default please?

Can you go to Preferences > User Interface > Options, click on the "DSA Dialogs" button, and let me know the text that is subsequently displayed?

Can you remove the "ViewStackDump=7" line and try again?
