Oracle docs help

When trying to index teh oracle docs, I get an alert box:

No mapping for the Unicode character exists in the target multi-byte code page.

Whn I click OK, the build screen is stuck. This on Beta1 and Beta3.

The docs are for 8.1.7 that I have used for many years with PL SQL Dev.
