ORA-12705:invalid or unknow NLS Parameter value

Hi ,
I am getting the
ORA-12705:invalid or unknow NLS Parameter value specified message when i try to connect to an instance.

Please inform the fix .
I am able to connect using sqlplus as well as oracle sql developer but PL/SQL Developer I am facing this issue recently.

I an facing the same issue, my NLS_LANG entry is AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1

Any assistance will be much appreciated.

Just to add, I can successfully connect to DB through "Oracle SQL Developer"

I don't think Oracle SQL Developer uses Oracle Net. Can you go to Help > Support Info, press the 'Copy all pages' button on this info screen, and paste this text into an e-mail reply?
