I have installed Windows7 and have installed Oracle 10g and TOAD 10.5. When I try to connect to TOAD, it is giving me the error - ORA-12154. I verified SQLNET.ORA, TNSNAMES.ORA files and they are in the right location. Not sure what is causing the problem, can anyone guide me to right solution.

This is not a TOAD forum, but my guess is that you are using an Oracle10g or earlier client. You will need to use an Oracle11g client on Windows 7.
