ORA-01460 error

I would like to begin by expressing my thanks for such a great product. It makes my job much easier.

Ever since upgrading to oracle 9i I have been having the following problem. I can log on and establish a session fine, but when trying to browse any objects (tables, views, packages, etc...) I get the following message:

ORA-01460: unimplemented or unreasonable conversion requested

Any clues and or patches to make things work again.

Nevermind - I downloaded 5.1 and works fine.

Do we need to purchase an upgrade or will the 5.0 license work with this.

The 5.0.3.527 version should fix this too. I assume you are using an older version.
