ORA-00942 sometimes

Hello,
please excuse, i did not found it quick :-(

User A got a grant on a role, which holds select
grants on tables from User B.
In PL/SQL Developer, SQL Window - a query works fine.
The same query is in a package and when i try to compile it i got the ORA-00942,
Table or View not ...

Please give me/us a hint what to do because we
want not give the dba-role to each oracle user who creates packages.

It is an unfortunate Oracle restriction that you need to grant these object privileges directly to User A. The role privileges do not allow for compilation, merely for querying.
