If you use "Find Database Objects" and note the total time it takes, then open a bunch of blank SQL windows and repeat the test, the latter will be significantly slower.
When I did it I got 44 seconds with 0 windows, 65 seconds with 10 windows, and 90 seconds with 20 windows.
