OID

Hello, we are going to implement OID and substitute current client side tnsnames.ora thru OID Net Services, but it seems, PL SQL Developer can't properly handle it ? Are there some workarounds possible or is planned to fix this issue ?
Actually we have OID 10g and Client 9.0.2, sqlplus can connect without any problems , by PL SQL Developer i get ORA - 12154.
