Oddities with font size settings

I go to the font settings dialog. Default font size is 7.
I change font size to 8. Then pressing Ok and again Ok.
Then I return to font settings and see that nothing changed, the size is the same as before the change - 7.

This is indeed not correct! We'll fix it.
