Getting this error quite a bit with 7.0.0.1050:

Exception 'EOutOfResources' in module PLSQLDev.exe at 0003C59C
Not enough storage is available to process this command.

We have had a few reports about this, and are looking into this. Hopefully we can fix this shortly.
