PL/SQL Developer 6.0.6
I have been using PL/SQL Developer for a while with Oracle 10.1 & 10.2. However, I have a new 10.2 SID where I do not get all of the PL/SQL Developer features that I am used to. For example, right-clicking on a package does not show me all the menu items such as "View, Edit, View Spec & Body, ... etc."
I assume I am missing some privileges or authorities, but I have compared my SIDs where these fefatures do work, but I see no difference. Can someone point me in the right direction?
