Not able to Install PL/SQL Developer

When Iam trying to install PL/SQL developer, it is popping up that it is not a valid WindowsNT application.

My guess is that the file you downloaded got corrupted during the transfer. Can you try to download it again? Please disable your proxy server, because it may have cached the corrupted version for you.
