Not a valid date

Hi,

Using PL/SQL Developper 10.0.5.1710, when editing a dbms_job, i have the following erreur "03/09/20 21:00:00,000000+02:00 is not a valid date"
Oracle is a 19c version.
I have found a similar thread here :https://forums.allroundautomations.com/ubb/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=60656 but it's for a Version 13.0.6.1911.

Any solution ?

This is indeed a compatibility issue with Oracle19c. The only solution is to upgrade to the latest version.
