Non-standard file selection dialogue

When you go to Tools->ODBC Importer->Excel->Connect you get a non-standard file selection dialogue (no shortcuts to the desktop, etc - very bare bones). Could you change this to use the same file selection as normal open/save dialogues?

This may come from the ODBC driver, in which case it's out of our hands, but we'll look into it.
