No tooltips on secondary monitor

On secondary monitor, tooltips in package doesn't appear (ex : on variable, cursor name...).
No problem on the first monitor.

We cannot yet reproduce this. The issue still occurs with Beta 8?

The problem is still present, in beta 8 :-(
On the last monitor, only a dot appear, i have to move pl/sql dev windows on other monitor.
