No Keystrokes under Vista64

Hi out there,

I have a strange problem with keystrokes in PL/SQL 7.1.5.

Keytrokes like CTRL+C, CTRL+V, F8 etc are not working... I tried to reset configuration to its defaults but did not solve the issue. Also I reinstalled PL/SQL Developer not solving the issue.

Any hints?

Edit: Vista 64 Ultimate, with latest patches applied.

Can you go to Tools > Preferences > Key configuration and check if "Ctrl + C" is assigned to the "Edit/Copy" function?
