(No debug information) in 9.2.0.5

After we upgraded our servers to 9.2.0.5 from 9.2.0.3/9.2.0.4, we are no longer able to debug our PL/SQL codes. When we move cursor over a variable we get (No debug information). We can step into our code, no error messages, however we can not set a breakpoint nor we can view variable values. Our PL/SQL Developer version is 5.1.6.747.

Am I missing something?

have you checked the Option in Preferences (Debugger Reg) "Add debug information when compliling"?

It is already checked. This option worked before the Oracle upgrade.

What happens if you explicitly right-click on the program unit and select "Add debug information"?
