new version 11.06 64bit don't work

I double-checked the package, and it seems to work fine.

Perhaps your download was truncated? Can you retry it?

Where I can re-download the old version?
this have lost in performance in every operation.

I did apply this version - 64 bits - and got trouble updating.

I did have to delete all my preferences (I did backup the most important first, then delete content of C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\PLSQL Developer), otherwise our plugin were no longer showing the menu item.
(Icons are here, context menu are here, but not the menu entry)

Did happen on 2 plugins, our own and Sailora (64 bits) that use as well - both menu gone. After full reset of preferences, everyone is back.
