Need User name , password and Database info to login PL/SQL

Hi All , I am Raji from TCS. As I am new to PL/SQL programming, please help me out. I have been installed PL SQL developer version 9 in my laptop, But I dont know what is the username , password and database to login it. please help here. thanks in advance

These are the credentials of the Oracle account in your Oracle database. You will need to contact the database administrator at your company to obtain these credentials.
