Need something like CTRL+- between different resolution environments

My laptop has a high resolution screen. When presenting PL/SQL Developer on this screen, the font is very tiny and I haven't been able to figure out how to scale the resolution so it is easy on the eyes for an audience to see.

I need a solution that works on different size monitors. In an application like chrome, CTRL-+ would work, but that doesn't seem to work in this situation.

Is this possible right now? Am I missing something easy?
