Navigator not activated after reconnect

When a dataset is in detachable mode and a session is disconnected an oraclenavigator is disabled (all buttons except 4). But when session is reconnected navigator is not reactivated automatically. However buttons are enabled when selected record is changed (for example in a grid) but refresh is still needed to perform any database access operations (like you mentioned in a help).
Is this behavior correct?

Yes, you will need to refresh the dataset after establishing a new connection.
