This table has two local indexes and three global ones. It is range partitioned and list subpartitioned. The two local indexes are marked as N/A. This happened before when an extent couldn't be extended due to lack of storage in the TEMP tablespace. Who knows what N/A means? The index isn't available? Would this stop any DML? Usually this table has rows inserted twice a day, yet we have had no inserts since Saturday and are trying to find out why.
