1) Make sure that "Multiple connections" is UNCHECKED!
2) Open a Test window and start debugging.
3) Go to session => Set Main Connection and choose another session...
This should not be possible!!! => "Set Main Connection" should be hidden or disabled when "Multiple connections" is UNCHECKED!

PS: The only workable workaround that I have found is to ALWAYS go to session => LOG OFF before changing connections.
