Our IT service managers want to me to write you about msi installator. They are not so happy with how plsqldeveloper is installed now. They said to me that corporate standard (and not only by us) is to use msi for install such as programs. They also recommend to generate msi throught advanceinstallator or install shield programs (second is more robust, but much more expensive). They understand that this will not be anything which will appear on 11 version, but they say that it will be nice to have in plsqldeveloper 12
