Missing XML-Tab/Editor in Large Data Editor (PL/SQL Developer 13)

Earlier versions of PL/SQL Developer had a XML-Tab/Editor within the Large Data Editor - in Version 13 (maybe version 12, too) we are missing this feature. Has it been completele removed, or can it be re-enabled (how)?

It has been removed. You can now use the text editor with XML syntax highlighting and XML structure folding.
