Minor tweak - Show modified

Hi,

If I open a SQL script and modify it, it is not displayed in any matter. It would like to be nice that when you modify a file, the "modified" state is visible e.g. by showing a "*" after the filename (in the title). (This is a commonly used method).

I'm sure if something like this aleady exists, but if it does, tell me!

there are two colors shown at the bottom left of the window. they change based on changed/saved, executing, etc.

I actually knew that. Still I personally think it's a nice enhancement...
