Minor bug in index tab

There seems to be a small bug in the index tab of the edit table window.

It happens when you edit an existing index. If all columns fit in one screen (owner, name, type etc.) you can press the [...] button to edit the storage settings.

However if there is a horizontal scrollbar the [...] button disappears and you can not edit the storage field.

You can test this by simply resizing the window.
