manual.pdf update?

Is there still going to be an update for "PL/SQL Developer 8.0 User's Guide" (Manual.pdf)?
After the installation the timestamp of the Manual.pdf file shows 9 December 2009, however on the first page of the document itself it says July 2009! Makes one wonder how up-to-date this manual really is.

The contents of the document were finished in July. The timestamp of the PDF file is not really relevant.
