Looking at JAVA RESOURCE

Is there a way to look (and possibly modify) at java resource files-objects(and JAVA DATA files-objects) that are loaded into DB and part of JDK??
If not , could it be added in the future?

I know PL/SQL developer is geared toward DB, but since in these days we have inside DB almost everything that people can produce in digital form, hope I did not ask too much, did I??
