Long pauses when restoring windows from recovery catalog due to old connections testing

Hello!
When restoring windows from the recovery catalog that has windows with the connections that not exist at present time we recieve long wait times
For example developer can test the same connection reapetedly for different windows
(12 version)

I think this is probably an Oracle Client/Server time-out issue, but we'll look into this.

Restore connections for windows at start time or not
