Logon Timeout ???

Hello,

I'd like to catch a timeout-event when logging on a Oracle Session.
Because when a Oracle server is down, and I try to connect, it will take minutes before a message pops up that the server cannot be found.
I've read on this forum that Net8 has its own internal time-out concepts.
But where can I see/change this settings?
I've searched the internet, but cannot find anything about it ....
