login problem

sir,
now i have two errors in login as
1. sys/oracle as sysdba--->ora-01034racle not available

2. scott/tiger-->ora-03113:end-of-file on communication channel

Due to these errors i could not use this software. plz help me

Hello,

That means, that you have no oracle instance available (probably, due to a core dump). Startup your instance and try to log-in again.
