locking position of Window List

Is there a way to get the Window List to open in the same position each time I start up? I like to keep it floating in the top right corner of the app. Have tried using 'Save Layout', but it always opens with the Window List toward the upper left side.

Have tried disabling the two plugsins, but no difference.

The "Save Layout" function should do the trick. Where was the Window List positioned/docked at that time?
