I cannot reproduce this. To obtain some more diagnostic information, can you modify the PL/SQL Developer shortcut and add the DebugSQL parameter? For example:
Reproduce the problem and send me the debug.txt file that is generated in the %APPDATA%\PLSQL Developer 14 directory (e.g. C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\PLSQL Developer 14).
Well, it is about editioning views and maybe even not specific to version 14. It works indeed with "real" tables.
Making it work for editioning views (or even better all views) would be great. I think this is failing in such cases because it is trying to get the foreign key relations from the view.
