line numbers disappear when switching connections

When I open a .jsp file and connect to a database, the line numbers (and code folding icons, etc) in the .jsp's program window disappear.

Connecting to a database makes a "connection indicator" kick in (both toolbar indicator and editor background color).

This does not happen with .pck files.

This is indeed not right. We'll fix it.
