Line blurring with "Highlight edit line" outside window width

When "Highlight edit line" is checked, all the windows (Editor, SQL and Command Window) present the following behavior when a line longer than the window width is selected: when scrolling outside the window width, the highlighted line presents vertical lines in the respective section (that is outside the initial window width).

This blurred image is very annoying, even with different combinations of font color, edit line color, font size.

Still, this option of highlighting the edit line is very useful.
