I have version 3.0 of Query Reporter.
I have some very non-technical co-workers that approach me for data. My company's standards limit access to it's data and Query Reporter (as I see it) provides them "too much power".
I can create a locked report, and also create a batch file including the "EDIT=NO" argument to give them the data and prevent them from being "creative" when they use the batch file; however, it is possible for them launch Query Reporter and do more that we want them to be able to do.
Is there (or can there be added) the ability to "configure" a Query Reporter installation so that it can only open and "run" an existing report ( possibly via an "ini file" or registry entry) ?
Thanks
Dave
