Hello, at NUH we have a 50 user license for PSD and software is installed on individual PC's for named users.

My question is: if I install PSD on a vmware server and PSD is only used by named users who already have PSD installed on their PC, are we breaking the terms of our licensing? Is it ok to install 1 copy of PSD on a server for use by a number of different users??

PL/SQL Developer licenses are per named user, and not per PC, Server, Database or Location. Therefore you need just one license for one user, even if you are running multiple instances on multiple machines.
