We have a 5 user licence and have four developers using this every day.
We have a third party who provide support for our application and we are in the process of setting up a remote support aggreement with them.
They also use PLSQL developer at there site and have asked for this to be installed on our remote support server so that they can use it whilst logged on to our system.
Who's licence agreement does this fall under, ours or theirs?
If ours then should we need to give another third party access in a similar way then would this be an additional licence or can the 'support' licence be floated between the third party companies, as long as only one is using it any any one time?
