Could you clarify using the clause of license "within the country of the license holder"?
1. Company registered in some European country, for example Italy, but rent server room in Germany. All users connect to virtual workstations via RDP. So company want to install PL SQL Dev on their servers in Germany (out of the country the company registered in). Is it possible?
2. Company registered in some European country, for example Italy, workstations are in Italy, Oracle Servers are in Germany. Is it permitted to use PL/SQL installed on workstation in Italy to connect servers in Germany in such case?
3. A self-employed person bought the PL/SQL Developer for its business and use while working on different projects around the world (remotely and during travelling to clients' site). Is it permitted to use PL/SQL?
I suggest to clarify this clause in license agreement.
