large data editor screen

Hi,
When I try to open a CLOB field on one computer, I get a message "View column data externally as" XML Document "?"
If I do not accept this message, a large data editor screen opens.
On a second computer I do not receive the message, I may have previously checked the option "Do not show this message again".
Where can I change the setting?

Configure -> Preferences -> Options (under User Interface) -> DSA Dialogs... button.

Remove the
View.xml=7
line (at least that is what appears for me in PSD 13).
