Large Data Editor - External - different charset for input and output

Hello,

i have czech windows (operating charset encoding is windows-1250) and UTF-8 database.

When i open clob by External program, the file encoding is UTF-8 but i must save file in windows-1250 encoding for correct load back into developer.

I use last version (11.0.5 1775 32b) but i have this problem for several years.

We'll need to add an option for the Large Data Editor to convert between UTF8 and ANSI when launching an external viewer. I have added this to the list of enhancement requests.
