Korean Lang has broken.

Hi..

I attached image file. info and broken korean lang at table edit window.

(korean lang in query data has problem too.)

And i ask to add two function. those are supported in plsql-developer.

1. Table describe window, this window is very useful.

2. Single record view in query data result grid. It is important thing!!
