Key to prevent loading previous desktop workspace

I have "Save Layout" set to TRUE whenever I exit PL/SQL Dev. And most of the time that is what I want because I'm leveraging Projects, and my project files generally included about 12 files. However, sometimes I want to start a second second empty. Is there a hotkey to hold down during startup that will override the re-load functionality? I'm thinking along the lines of holding down CTRL-key while the app starts.

There is currently no key or other option to suppress this. I have added it to the list of enhancement requests.
