My key configuration simply does not work. The assignments I make and save do not work. The simplest example is that I eliminate F1 (HTML manuals), by highlighting the line and hitting and save it. I go back to preferences and see that it is correctly removed.
When I hit F1, I still get the HTML manual. Assignments on new keys do not work either. I have closed and re-openned PLSQLdev, which made no difference.
