Kaspersky antivirus block PL/SQL Developer

From today Kaspersky antivirus block PL/SQL Developer (11.04) execution:

It hangs in the main window:

the problem is in the last version, 11.0.2.1766 works.

I assume this is a firewall feature? Perhaps you need to explicitly allow network access to PL/SQL Developer 11.0.4?

I do not know if I can change the security policies of the company.
But surely something has changed (in the security) in the latest version of PL/SQL Developer.

Yes, It is a firewall feature that affect only 11.0.4

Nothing has changed. My guess is that you merely need to allow network access in the firewall specifically for 11.0.4.1775.
